iPad 2 Rental Scheme

Do you run a hotel, restaurant or service industry location? Do you want to WOW your customers with paperless service? Why not rent an iPad 2 from Compu b!

Rooms will be supplied with iPad 2 16GB wifi black. In the room they will be protected by Apple’s Smart cover which can be easily folded to prop the iPad up for different viewing angles & typing. For rear protection we provide Bespoke skins, which can include your company logo. Each iPad 2 will be supplied with wall charger that can be kept in the room.

For administration and maintenance, Compu b will supply a MacBook Air.

Our technician will install all iPads with any requested apps & with all necessary software and updates, including the new iOS 5 updates. For future update of applications receptionist/IT personnel will have password to sync iPads over wifi. (high speed internet necessary)

In restaurant/bar locations, iPads will be supplied with a protective hard cover with stand & lock that can attach to table or wall to secure the iPads from being removed or damaged. Each iPad will also have anti-glare screen protectors which will protect from scratches and finger prints.

All iPads available to kids can have parental control set up on them, preventing child access to adult websites.

For restaurant ordering systems we can supply an Application suite for food & drink orders from restaurant/bar at additional cost to the rental price.
The Macbook Air supplied can be used for receiving orders from the iPads.

All units returned back to Compu b on end of the term. (excluding screen protectors)

After the full years’ contract, option of upgrade to newer model available should this be available.

Deliveries and installation from technician is covered under the rental scheme price. Hotel has 2 additional service calls free of charge should they be required.

iPads are covered under one year limited warranty from day of installation.

The package, for a mere £2 (ex. VAT) per day, includes:

Apple iPad 2 16 GB wifi black to be used in rooms, restaurant & bar
Apple iPad 2 smart cover to protect the device in rooms
MacBook Air 11’ for reception/kitchen to update devices & use as ordering system receiver in bar/restaurant
Kensington secure back with stand to be used in restaurant & bar to secure and protect the device
Kensington lock to protect device from theft in public locations
Marware screen protector to protect device from front-side scratching
BESPOKE Easy Skins rear unit protector with hotel logo to be used in rooms for advertising!
